my first bloom.

i'm getting ready to go back to work tonight after a week's break. my time off wasn't extremely exciting; i mostly played in the yard and got some things done around the house. i did get a few good bike rides in (one yesterday with some good hills, yeah!). i went ahead and registered for RAGBRAI with the touring cyclist before it was too late, even though i haven't confirmed that i can get that time off from work yet. i'm sure i can work it out. then it will just be a matter of coordinating how to get myself and my bike to st. louis. i also spayed a bunch of cats yesterday with FCCO. so many of them were already pregnant, those little sluts. i'm actually glad to be getting back to work tonight. i've been in this sort of funk and i need to get away from chris for a while, i think.
